Meet Our Podiatrists

Podiatrist

Dr. Richard E. Quint, DPM

Dr. Quint has been practicing podiatry in Tucson for over 40 years. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, and attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has served as President of the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Quint specializes in complex wound care, reconstructive foot surgery, and care of the diabetic foot.

Dr. Quint was section head of Podiatric Surgery in the Department of Surgery at St. Mary's Hospital and has served in that capacity at the Northwest and Tucson General Hospitals, as well as Holy Cross Hospital in Nogales. He is proud to be a member of the Tucson Medical Center Limb Salvage Team.

Dr. Rielle Sacco, DPM

Dr. Sacco graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her bachelor's degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine in Illinois. She completed her surgical residency at Humboldt Park Health in Chicago in 2024.

Dr. Sacco is an animal lover and loves to travel and explore new food. Her passion in podiatry is wound care, limb salvage. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Sacco thoroughly enjoys forming a strong relationship with her patients in order to facilitate the highest quality of care.

Dr. Benjamin Fortson, DPM

Dr. Fortson graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a Minor in Chemistry. He attended Rosalind Franklin University and became a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Fortson completed his surgical residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Limb Salvage and Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2025.

Dr. Fortson is a former U.S. Navy veteran with a profound dedication to serving those who have served. Specializing in podiatry, his clinical focus is on advanced wound care and limb salvage. He takes deep pride in delivering the highest standard of compassionate, expert care to every patient.
